Are all Reillie products vegan?
Most of our products are 100% vegan, and all are cruelty-free. When a product is not vegan, we clearly disclose it so you can make informed choices. Transparency is part of our commitment to you.

What is your return and exchange policy?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Refunds are issued for the product price only, excluding shipping.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
To update your order, click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right of our website. From there, select “Change quantities / cancel orders” to find and edit your order. Please note, once your order has started processing or has shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled.
Has my order shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
How do I track my order?
You can easily track your order by clicking the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right of our website. There, you’ll find the latest updates and tracking information for your shipment.
My order never arrived. What should I do?
First, click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right of our website to check your order status. Make sure all items have shipped. If your order shows tracking numbers, use them to check with the carrier about delivery. If the tracking status says “delivered” but you still haven’t received your package, please contact our customer service team - we’re here to help!
An item is missing from my shipment. What should I do?
Please start by clicking the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right of our website to check your order status. Make sure all items have shipped. If your order includes tracking numbers, verify delivery with the carrier. If the tracking shows “delivered” but an item are missing, contact our customer service team - we’re here to help resolve it quickly!
I received the wrong product. What should I do?
If you believe you received the wrong product, please reach out to our customer service team within 72 hours of delivery. We’ll work quickly to make it right and get you the correct item.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
If any items in your order are temporarily out of stock, we’ll ship the available products right away and notify you about any items we can’t fulfill at that time. We also offer back orders and preorders for products that aren’t currently available, so you won’t miss out.
